The online registration system for the Florida Library Association Annual Conference has been discontinued to allow final preparations for next week’s conference.
You may register on site at the Doubletree Hotel at the Entrance to Universal Orlando at the following times:
Tuesday, May 5 – 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
Wednesday, May 6 – 7:30 am – 5:00 pm
Thursday, May 7 – 7:30 am – 5:00 pm
Friday, May 8 – 7:30 am – 12:00 noon
On-site registration rates will apply.
If you need to adjust an existing registration, that may also be handled on-site.

Each exhibit space will be eight-feet by ten-feet and defined by eight-foot high back drape and three-foot high side drape. Each space is furnished with one six-foot draped table, a wastebasket, two chairs and one booth identification sign.

All sponsors will be recognized in the on-site Conference Program Guide given to every registrant with special sponsor ribbons for all on-site personnel and on a sign posted at your sponsored event.
In addition to the items above, sponsorships of $1,000 + will include your company name listed on entrance way unit into Exhibit Hall and special acknowledgement in Final Conference Program.
Sponsorships of $2,000 or more will include a free 1/4 page ad in the Conference Program and are eligible for a 50% discount on the price of a booth.
